Caster wheels make it easy to manoeuvre around often narrow or awkward spaces in the home.
There is no need for a separate toilet chair with handles or a waterproof shower chair because this chair will do both jobs without the disabled person having to be transferred from a conventional wheelchair to the toilet or shower chair.
There's even an easily removable bucket under the seat if getting to the toilet is a problem.
This chair would not be suitable for replacing a conventional wheelchair for general or outdoor use because the caster wheels would be too small for uneven surfaces often found outside the home.
