• These made-in-the-US pads support the bilateral torso to promote proper sitting posture in a standard wheelchair. 
• I have 2 Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) rigid inserts (sold separately) covered with padded foam and a high-performance wipe-clean material. 
• Comfort is improved by filling the gap between the armrest and the person in the wheelchair.  
• The price shown is for each one of the two lateral support pads.
